Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision for infants in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and physical development.
- Monitor and document each child's progress and milestones regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings to continuously improve teaching practices.
- Support emotional development through positive interactions and responsive caregiving.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
