Florist – Wedding & Event Floral Designer

The Blue Knot Wedding Co. is seeking an experienced florist/floral designer to join our growing wedding and events team in Stafford, TX.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience working in a flower shop environment who is confident creating floral arrangements from scratch for weddings, events, and everyday floral needs. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with both fresh and faux florals.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing bouquets, centerpieces, installations, and custom floral arrangements

• Processing and caring for fresh flowers and greenery

• Assisting with event floral setup and breakdown

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of floral workspace

• Working with clients’ color palettes and design inspiration

• Collaborating with our planning and design team on weddings and events

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous florist or floral shop experience required

• Knowledge of floral processing and design techniques

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong creativity and attention to detail

• Weekend availability preferred due to weddings/events
