$75,000 – $125,000+ a year – Full-time
We are looking for a skilled Service Plumber with strong drain cleaning experience and excellent customer service + sales skills to join our growing team in Camp Hill, PA. This is a customer-facing route role focused on residential and light commercial service work.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle daily service calls: repairs, drain cleaning, camera inspections, hydro-jetting, and sewer diagnostics
- Clearly explain plumbing issues and options to customers in a professional, trustworthy manner
- Use your service sales experience to recommend and close repairs, upgrades, and maintenance agreements
- Perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Drive a company vehicle and maintain high workmanship standards
Requirements (All Required):
- Minimum 3+ years of professional service plumbing experience
- Proven hands-on drain cleaning experience (snaking, hydro-jetting, sewer camera use, etc.)
- Demonstrated service technician sales experience – comfortable explaining options and closing sales
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Own basic hand tools (we supply major equipment)
- Must live within daily commuting distance of Camp Hill / Harrisburg area – Local candidates only. No relocation assistance.
