Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney to join our growing team in the Naples office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to handle a diverse and rewarding family law caseload in a collaborative, supportive environment while enjoying the benefits of a well-established regional firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all aspects of family law matters, including divorce (contested and uncontested), child custody and time-sharing, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution of assets, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, modifications, paternity, adoptions, and domestic violence injunctions.
- Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and strategy development.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and agreements.
- Participate in negotiations, mediations, collaborative processes, and court proceedings (hearings and trials).
- Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience practicing family law (divorce, custody, support, etc.).
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and client-centered service.
- Board certification in Marital & Family Law (preferred but not required).
