Entry-Level Accounting Specialist

Location: Whittier
Schedule: Onsite
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm | Friday 8:30am–3:30pm
Pay: $21–$22/hr

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an Entry-Level Accounting Specialist for a temp to hire opportunity. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and build a career in accounting and operations.

Responsibilities:
• Process approximately 100 invoices weekly across AP and AR
• Match, batch, and post accounts payable invoices
• Post cash receipts and payments
• Run aging reports
• Set up new vendors
• Assist with freight bills and manufacturing bills of material

Requirements:
• 1+ years of accounting or administrative experience
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic Excel knowledge with willingness to learn advanced functions
• NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required
