Provider Type – MD/DO or APC- MD/DOSpecialty-Cardiology Approval is for both General and EP – See “FTE needed” for more informationFTE needed We have approval for a 0.75 FTE– It’s a split between both General and EP coverage needed. About 0.5 for EP and 0.25 for General Cardiology. We do have a candidate already confirmed for the 0.5 for EP so this REQ’s focus is currently for the 0.25 for General Cardiology.
