š„ What Youāll Do
- šØļøāš§ Lead & Mentor a team of techniciansābe the expert they rely on
- &99;ļø Install, maintain, and repair advanced automated packaging & distribution systems
- š Diagnose complex issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- &A1; Troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems & PLCs like a pro
- š§ Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running at peak performance
- š§ Engineer real-world solutions to challenging reliability issues
- š© Work on motors, conveyors, drives, and automation systems
- š„ Perform welding & fabrication for repairs and improvements
- š Lead maintenance projects from start to finish
- š Document work clearly for operational excellence & compliance
- š” Drive continuous improvement and innovation on the floor
š ļø What You Bring
- '05; Proven experience in industrial maintenance or automated environments
- '05; Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- '05; Experience with PLCs and control systems
- '05; Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, and automation equipment
- '05; Ability to lead, train, and support technicians
- '05; Skilled in electrical maintenance (3-phase systems)
- '05; Welding and fabrication experience
ā Bonus Points
- Experience with robotics, automation systems, or material handling equipment
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.65 - $42.65/hr.
