Will not be required to hearts lungs at Cone.Practice Setting:• HospitalRequirements:• Board Certification: Yes CRNA• State license required: Yes State of North Carolina• Minimum experience required: 1 – 2 years No new graduates• Certification Required: ACLS PALSCredentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 daysInternal view:Name clear process?: YESIf yes name clear specifics: Name NPI #Willing To License?: NOOT: 1.5x normal rate after shift worked OT Hours are not guaranteed.Provider's scheduled OT shifts can be cancelled at any time.
