What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure smooth, efficient production
- Set up machines according to work orders and ensure proper tooling and settings
- Inspect parts using visual checks and measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Make routine adjustments to maintain consistent output and machine performance
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and partner with maintenance when needed
- Track production data, including counts and scrap, and complete required documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and safety standards
- Assist with material handling, including loading machines and moving finished goods
- Support additional production tasks like trimming, assembly, and inspection
- Work closely with your team to meet production goals and continuously improve processes
What You Bring
- Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing or production environment (plastics preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to make basic machine adjustments
- Ability to read work orders, instructions, or simple blueprints
- Experience using basic measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced production environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with plastic injection molding or similar processes
- Experience in general production, assembly, or industrial work
- Familiarity with mold setup, handling, or maintenance support
- Exposure to 5S or organized manufacturing practices

Schedule & Environment
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM
- Regular overtime available on Fridays
- Clean, well-maintained manufacturing facility with modern equipment
- Fast-paced, hands-on environment working with injection molding machines
- Steel-toe shoes required; casual industrial dress code

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
