Non CDL Delivery Driver

Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate – $21-$22/HR | No Weekends | 1st Shift

We’re hiring a full-time Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate to join a growing team with strong stability and a great work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team.

This role combines local deliveries, warehouse work, and customer interaction, making it a great fit for someone who likes variety in their day.

Pay & Schedule

• $21 - $22 per hour
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
• No weekends
• Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Flexible fill-in shifts based on delivery volume and workload
• Average 30–35 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive a 20-foot automatic box truck for local deliveries
• Pick and prepare customer orders
• Load and unload trucks
• Deliver products to customers
• Assist customers in the warehouse
• Operate a forklift
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of non-CDL driving experience
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
