Investor Relations Associate
Job Description
The Atlantic Group has partnered with a large investment management firm in the Greenwich, CT area. They have an immediate need for an Investor Relations Associate to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
Job Description:
-Prepare investor-facing materials (PowerPoint decks, quarterly reports, fact sheets), translating complex data from different sources into clear, polished deliverables;
-Demonstrate a strong understanding of investment performance and market data, comprehending the underlying figures, trends and context to ensure materials are accurate, coherent, and meaningful;
-Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality materials under tight timelines with strong attention to detail; and
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and priorities without compromising quality.
Work Schedule: 5 days a week in the office
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree required
-3+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Asset Management, Financial Services, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or related industry
-Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required
-Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality control skills
