PW Fuel Station is a fast-growing smoothie and performance nutrition bar located inside a high-energy fitness facility. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused team member to help deliver exceptional service while preparing high-quality smoothies, protein shakes, and healthy beverages for our members.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fitness, health, customer service, and working in a fast-paced, positive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Take customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Prepare smoothies, protein shakes, and specialty beverages according to company recipes
• Operate the cash register and process cash/card transactions
• Recommend menu items, upgrades, and add-ons to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar
• Restock ingredients, cups, supplies, and merchandise as needed
• Ensure all drinks are prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for gym members and guests

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in fitness, health, and wellness is a plus
• Prior food service, smoothie bar, retail, or cashier experience preferred (but not required)

Schedule:

• Part-time / Full-time opportunities available
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
• Weekend availability preferred
