Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:30Am - 6:00Pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to serve as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams. This role supports customer inquiries, order processing, issue resolution, and delivers excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high call volumes, managing multiple computer systems, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders and manage cases through Salesforce
  • Enter and manage orders accurately in internal systems
  • Provide information related to inventory, pricing, shipping, and technical inquiries
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, New Accounts, Complaints, Warehouse, and other teams
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues independently
  • Maintain customer profiles and update account information
  • Support complaint resolution and customer accommodations
  • Follow up on account setup changes and customer requests
  • Ensure timely communication and customer follow-up
  • Participate in product and technical training sessions
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and support company service standards

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service or commercial experience preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask across multiple computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Web applications
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM average
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high workload
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
  • Reliable attendance and adaptability
