We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Associate for a high-end countertop fabrication and installation company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. The Core targets include high-end residential builders, remodelers, and designers as well as general consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing networks, market research, and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients (residential builders, designers, architects, remodelers)
- Actively pursue and bid commercial opportunities (RFPs/RFQs)
- Manage CRM systems (Moraware) to support project tracking and communication
- Support post-sale project management for the first 3–6 months as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years experience in business development, outside sales, and account management within the construction industry (ideally stone, tile, or flooring).
- At least some relationships with contractors, builders, and designers in the greater Atlanta and Alpharetta area.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally and spend significant time in the field
