Storm Damage Sales Trainee $150K-$250K

Position: Storm Damage Sales Trainee

We’re looking for motivated and outgoing sales reps who want to build a high-income career in roofing sales. No roofing sale experience required – we provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage
• Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
• Set appointments and help close sales

Requirements

• Previous Sales Experience (roofing sales is highly preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people
• Willing to learn and stay motivated
• Able to climb a ladder for inspections
• Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation:

• $150,000 – $250,000 per year earning potential
• Full training provided
