SRS has an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established Labor & Employment firm that seeks to find a top-notch Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Prior experience in Labor & Employment is a huge plus! Our client has an excellent reputation and offers a great work / life balance in an employee-centric environment! To be considered you must have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years litigation paralegal experience (some labor and employment exposure is a huge plus, but not mandatory)
- Proficient in electronic court filing and knowledge of TN court procedures and rules
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to draft legal documents and strong research capability
- A flexible and team-oriented personality
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, think proactively and anticipate needs
