Landscape Laborers

Landscape Laborers play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces by preparing sites, planting, mulching, and managing irrigation systems. Working within a small team, these laborers operate various hand and power tools as well as heavy machinery to ensure the quality and upkeep of landscaping projects across multiple job sites. Weekend and early morning shifts are required, reflecting the seasonal and varied nature of the work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites for landscaping projects including soil maintenance
• Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and apply mulch
• Weed and remove debris to maintain clean and healthy areas
• Set up and maintain irrigation systems
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely
• Follow safety compliance standards on job sites
• Collaborate with a small team of 1-5 workers
• Travel frequently to various landscaping job sites

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment operation
• Strong understanding of safety standards
• Physical stamina for demanding outdoor work
