Machine Support Associate (Entry-Level)

Job Overview

This role involves supporting production by working with machines in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, monitoring basic machine operation, and performing simple visual checks on parts to ensure quality and workflow. Training is provided, and no advanced machine operation or technical experience is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading and unloading materials from machines
• Assisting with machine operation (start/stop, basic monitoring)
• Performing simple visual checks on parts (basic quality triage)
• Moving materials to the next stage of production
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Communicating issues to team leads as needed

What You Will Not Be Doing

• No machine programming
• No machine setup or repairs
• No advanced technical skills required

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual for 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
