Cabinet Sales Executive - Job Pay based on Base pay + commission

As we continue to experience unprecedented growth, we are expanding into new markets, including Utah, Arizona, and Colorado.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team! The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, is not afraid of making cold calls, and is ready to build strong relationships with cabinet retailers, remodeling contractors, builders, and multi-unit project managers—both locally and in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with cabinet retail distributors, remodeling contractors, and builders.
  • Expand CCD’s presence in out-of-state markets including Utah, Arizona, and Colorado.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Promote our high-quality product lines with confidence and knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective communication.
  • Attend meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the kitchen and bath cabinetry industry is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry design.
  • Experience with kitchen remodels is a plus.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and opening new markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow with the company.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in Manufacture Frameless cabinet on CNC.
