Job Description
We’re looking for the salesperson who shows up every day ready to hunt. The person who enjoys prospecting, chasing new opportunities, and building a pipeline from scratch.
At On Demand Staffing, our best salespeople don’t wait for leads — they create them.
This is a role for someone who:
• Makes daily sales calls to create new opportunities
• Conducts site visits with prospective clients
• Is comfortable knocking on doors and introducing themselves to businesses
• Consistently prospects, follows up, and builds pipeline
• Handles rejection and keeps going
• Builds relationships and closes deals
