Part-Time Cleaning & Organizing Assistant

About Miracle Cleaning LLC
Miracle Cleaning LLC is a growing residential cleaning and organizing company focused on creating clean, peaceful, and well-cared-for homes for our clients. We are seeking someone dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and long-term minded to join our growing team.
This position is part-time to start, with strong potential for additional hours and future full-time opportunities as the business continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services with strong attention to detail
- Assist with home organizing projects (closets, kitchens, pantries, etc.)
- Follow client preferences and detailed instructions
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude in clients’ homes
- Work both independently and alongside the owner
- Help create a calm, clean, and organized environment for clients
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in clients’ homes
- Ability to work independently
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
Schedule
- Part-time to start
- Current schedule availability is primarily Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Opportunity for expanded weekday hours as the business grows
- Potential future schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
- Approximate starting hours: 15–20 hours weekly

Training & Onboarding
All new hires will complete a two-week hands-on training period working directly alongside the owner.
During training:
- You will learn company cleaning standards and systems
- Learn client expectations and organization methods
- Receive hands-on support and guidance
- Hours may vary slightly during the training phase
After training:
- Hours become more consistent
- Greater independence in appointments
