The International Sales Executive (English) role focuses on developing and managing clients across English-speaking global markets, including the United States, the Caribbean, Africa, and other international regions.
This role combines:

Compensation & Earning Potential
- Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000 USD
- Expected earnings: $120,000 – $200,000+
- Top performers: $200,000 – $300,000+
Examples:
- $150K in monthly sales → $5K–$8K in commissions
- $300K in monthly sales → $10K–$15K in commissions
- $400K+ monthly → annual income exceeding $200K
Earnings growth is directly tied to performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage English-speaking international clients
- Actively prospect new clients (calls, email, LinkedIn, personal network)
- Close high-volume B2B sales
- Negotiate in USD with international clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Manage long-term business relationships
- Ensure consistent inventory turnover
