The International Sales Executive (English) role focuses on developing and managing clients across English-speaking global markets, including the United States, the Caribbean, Africa, and other international regions.

This role combines:

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000 USD
  • Expected earnings: $120,000 – $200,000+
  • Top performers: $200,000 – $300,000+

Examples:

  • $150K in monthly sales → $5K–$8K in commissions
  • $300K in monthly sales → $10K–$15K in commissions
  • $400K+ monthly → annual income exceeding $200K

Earnings growth is directly tied to performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage English-speaking international clients
  • Actively prospect new clients (calls, email, LinkedIn, personal network)
  • Close high-volume B2B sales
  • Negotiate in USD with international clients
