Front Desk Supervisor

Eternal Fitness Leland is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to lead front desk operations and help create a welcoming, clean, and positive environment for all members and guests. The Front Desk Supervisor plays a key role in member satisfaction, staff leadership, daily operations, and maintaining the high standards that make Eternal Fitness one of Leland’s premier fitness facilities.

This position requires excellent communication skills, leadership ability, attention to detail, and a passion for health, wellness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise front desk staff during staffed operating hours
* Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and prospective clients
* Assist with membership sales, renewals, account updates, and check-ins
* Handle member questions, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally
* Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front desk and lobby areas
* Monitor facility safety procedures and uphold gym policies and standards
* Coordinate front desk operations
* Support gym promotions, events, referral programs, and community outreach efforts
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and member information
* Communicate effectively with management regarding operational needs and member feedback
* Help oversee childcare check-in procedures and member service coordination when needed

Qualifications

* Previous customer service or front desk experience
* Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using scheduling, membership, and point-of-sale software
* Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
* Passion for fitness, wellness, and community engagement
* CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
* Comfortable working in an active fitness environment

Schedule

* Flexible scheduling required, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Part-time
