We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Licensed Title Agent to join our team. This is NOT a remote position. The ideal candidate must have 4 years title experience, and be able to interact pleasantly and professionally with staff and clients. The candidate will play a critical role in facilitating real estate transactions by preparing, reviewing, and managing title documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Review title commitments, and related legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Review contracts, loan documents, and escrow instructions for accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation for audits and future reference.
  • Stay updated on industry changes including mortgage regulations, escrow procedures, and banking practices.
  • Assist with answering phone when necessary.

Requirements

  • Valid license as a Title Agent with appropriate state licensing credentials.
  • Ability to perform detailed document review while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
