Sales Account Executive
Renda Radio is seeking experienced, career-focused sales professionals to represent our Punxsutawney radio stations. This position works closely with local businesses and advertising agencies to develop and execute successful advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results for clients.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and goal-oriented professional with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Successful Account Executives are creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year of outside sales experience is preferred, and media sales experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
· Generating new business by developing relationships with local advertisers and expanding station revenue opportunities
· Sell traditional radio advertising, digital marketing solutions, and non-traditional advertising campaigns
· Build and maintain strong client partnerships through exceptional customer service and ongoing communication
· Develop short- and long-term strategies to achieve revenue growth goals
· Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and marketing proposals
Qualifications
· Minimum one year of outside sales experience preferred
· Media or radio sales experience is a plus
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong presentation, organizational, and time-management abilities
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales objectives
