Position: Sales Reps and Trainees - Roofing

We are hiring motivated sales reps ready to step into a rewarding home improvement career! No roofing sales experience required

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage
• Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
• Set appointments and help close sales

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, canvassing or hospitality experience (server, bartender or waiters are welcome!)
• Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people
• Willing to learn and stay motivated
• Able to climb a ladder for inspections
• Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation

• $150,000 – $350,000+ per year
• Top performers can earn $450,000+
• Commission-based with high earning potential
