Job Description

Our organization stands as the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington, boasting over 1,500 physicians and more than 300 administrative professionals dedicated to serving over 615,000 members. Owned and managed by physicians, we offer competitive salaries that are not tied to individual service provision. Our medical team includes board-certified specialists across more than 50 fields.

We are currently seeking applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to become part of our team in Portland, OR. While fellowship training in Musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. You will be joining a collaborative and caring group of physicians, along with supportive clinical and administrative staff. Candidates should be adept at engaging with clinical colleagues, performing fluoroscopy-guided procedures, presenting at conferences, and providing consultations efficiently.

What You Can Expect:
  • A balanced call schedule, with responsibilities shared equally among all Diagnostic Radiologists.

  • A hybrid work model featuring a 4-day work week, with overnight call support from Nighthawk staff.

  • Access to a user-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.

  • Potential for leadership roles within the medical group, if desired.

  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Minimum Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.

  • Fellowship training in MSK is preferred but not mandatory.

We Offer You:
  • A generous automatic employer-funded pension and retirement contributions amounting to 21% of eligible clinician earnings, with optional additional employee contributions.

  • Competitive compensation that is not reliant on a fee-for-service model.

  • A pathway for physicians to become shareholders in our organization.

  • Paid annual education leave along with an annual education allowance.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including largely employer-funded medical and dental insurance premiums, life insurance, and paid leave.

  • Complete professional liability coverage at no cost, full reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities.

  • A total rewards value range of $483,891 - $634,000 for a .9 FTE position.

Current Hiring Incentives for This Role:
  • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.

  • A generous sign-on and retention bonus of $55,000.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $448,380 to $487,350, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that significantly enhances the total compensation.
