OB/GYN Physician

Our organization is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physicians to join our team in Stockton, CA.

We are a thriving multi-specialty group with over 525 clinicians, situated approximately two hours east of San Francisco, California. Our location provides easy access to the Bay Area and popular destinations such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe.

Position Overview:

• Starting base salary: $399,519
• Salary guarantee for two years
• Sign-on bonus offered
• Loan or mortgage assistance available, up to $200,000
• Residency stipend provided
• Compensation model based on RVUs starting in year two
• Potential for RVU bonuses during the guarantee period
• Training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or Robotics is required
• Average patient load: 30 patients per day in the clinic, with APC support for surgeries
