POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated pediatricians to become part of our foundational team in Henderson, Nevada. In September 2025, we welcomed Anthem Hills Pediatrics, a well-respected name in the community for over a decade, into our organization. Together, we are building on the strong community ties established by Anthem Hills to redefine pediatric care in the region and state. Your role will be crucial in promoting the health of children while creating a supportive atmosphere for our patients, families, and the community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a pediatrician with us, your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Care: Providing outstanding medical care by diagnosing, treating, and developing personalized care plans that cater to each child's unique needs, while addressing acute concerns promptly.

• Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Tracking children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early interventions, and educating families on preventive measures for healthy growth and development.

• Patient & Family Education: Guiding families through the entire pediatric lifecycle, offering compassionate care from infancy to adolescence, promoting healthy development, and empowering families with essential knowledge at every stage.

• Documentation: Keeping accurate and current patient records, ensuring compliance with best practices in documentation and healthcare regulations.

• Collaboration: Partnering closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients.

• Family First: Respects family decisions, delivers evidence-based care, and strives to keep patients in mainstream settings.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and unrestricted medical license to practice in Nevada.

• A current and unrestricted Nevada DEA license.

• Board Certification in Pediatrics is mandatory.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-oriented environment.

• Empathy towards patients, families, and caregivers.

• BLS/ACLS Certification is required.
