As a pioneering group in Nevada, we are eager to expand our team by welcoming outstanding OBGYN hospitalists to join our esteemed providers. In our innovative model, you will receive support not only from fellow hospitalists and practicing OBGYNs but also from one of the largest maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) practices in the nation. By utilizing value-driven results and efficient protocols, we strive to surpass standard care and achieve superior outcomes for both mothers and their babies.

We are in search of dedicated, empathetic, and team-oriented OB/GYN Hospitalists to enhance our expanding practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest levels of quality and patient satisfaction.

• Competitive shift rates ranging from $1650 to $2090 for 2026 shifts.

• Holiday shift differential of $540.

• Continuous learning and growth through various programs, including:

  • Fetal monitoring certification.

  • Training in transvaginal cervical length (TVCL) assessment with our MFMs.

  • BLS certification.

  • Participation in the critical care obstetrics course offered by the SMFM.

  • Basic OB ultrasound skills training with our MFMs.

  • Implicit bias training aimed at reducing healthcare inequities.

  • Access to a well-structured MFM practice with advanced infrastructure, including EHR, voice dictation, PACS, genetic counselors, and top-tier ultrasound equipment.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• A minimum of three years of experience in OB/GYN.

• A valid medical license or the ability to obtain one to practice in Nevada.

• Demonstrated experience as an OB/GYN physician.

• Exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate patient care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a comfort in team settings.
