Orthopedics - Shoulder Specialist | Idaho Mountains | 4 Day Wk | Partner Track

Our organization, located in the vibrant region of western Idaho, is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Upper Extremity Surgeon to become part of our team of six surgeons and six advanced practice providers. As we prepare to launch a new surgical center, we are eager to welcome a dedicated professional who is interested in a long-term partnership with our esteemed group of providers.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Two days in the clinic, two days in the operating room, and a fifth day for personal use as needed.
• Call: General orthopedics call at a ratio of 1:6 through a local Level 3 Trauma facility.
• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus wRVU in the first year.
• Partnership Track: Opportunities for partnership within 1-2 years, providing additional income potential.
• Sign-On Bonus: A signing bonus ranging from $25,000 to $50,000, along with a $15,000 relocation stipend.
• Support: Option to hire a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider once established.
