• Join a team of 4 OB/GYNs, 2 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM), and 2 Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNP).

• Participate in a 1:5 call rotation, with no clinic responsibilities during on-call periods and the option for a day off after being on call.
• Work in a Level III NICU with 24/7 Neonatology support, with no circumcision duties required.
• Experience approximately 1,000 deliveries annually.
• Utilize Da Vinci Robots for surgical procedures.
• Work with EMR-EPIC and Dax Copilot systems.

• Initial compensation package of $745,000.
• Base salary of $450,000.
