- Salary Range for Dermatologists: $400,000-$500,000

The compensation structure for this role includes a guaranteed base salary for the first year or Personal Net Collections, whichever is more favorable. This arrangement aims to provide financial stability during the initial year while also rewarding productivity. Actual earnings may differ based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors affecting net collections. This offer is contingent upon the terms outlined in the final employment agreement.
