Practice Highlights:

• Independent practice with strong connections to both tertiary care hospitals and local community facilities.

• Possibility of leadership roles.

• Faculty position in an ACGME-accredited program, actively participating in education.

• Join a busy, established EP practice, supported by 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers, along with a thriving, organized device clinic.

• Conduct a comprehensive range of advanced EP procedures:

  • AICD/PPM implantations

  • Atrial fibrillation ablations

  • LAA closure devices

  • Other innovative electrophysiology techniques

• Extensive cardiovascular services:

  • Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, Structural Heart

  • Large, in-house diagnostic testing facility

• Comprehensive support teams to enhance patient care.

• Employed model offering:

  • Base salary in the 99th percentile of MGMA

  • Incentives based on productivity

• Institutional backing for academic engagement and research, with opportunities to mentor medical residents and cardiology fellows.

Minimum Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

• Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

• Valid New Jersey Medical License.

• Proficiency in:

  • Managing arrhythmias

  • Performing ablations

  • Implanting cardiac devices

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
