Practice Highlights:
Independent practice with strong connections to both tertiary care hospitals and local community facilities.
Possibility of leadership roles.
Faculty position in an ACGME-accredited program, actively participating in education.
Join a busy, established EP practice, supported by 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers, along with a thriving, organized device clinic.

Conduct a comprehensive range of advanced EP procedures:
AICD/PPM implantations
Atrial fibrillation ablations
LAA closure devices
Other innovative electrophysiology techniques

Extensive cardiovascular services:
Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, Structural Heart
Large, in-house diagnostic testing facility
Comprehensive support teams to enhance patient care.

Employed model offering:
Base salary in the 99th percentile of MGMA
Incentives based on productivity
Pathway to partnership
Institutional backing for academic engagement and research, with opportunities to mentor medical residents and cardiology fellows.
Minimum Requirements:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
Valid New Jersey Medical License.

Managing arrhythmias
Performing ablations
Implanting cardiac devices
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
