Position Highlights

• Fully outpatient, office-based practice
• No on-call duties - no nights, weekends, or inpatient responsibilities
• Monday to Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm) promoting a healthy work-life balance
• Established and expanding referral network, currently exceeding capacity
• Approximately 25 new patients weekly, with strong demand across various locations
• Multiple clinic sites (Rockville, Silver Spring, Bowie) offering flexible scheduling
• Immediate access to an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with available block time due to a recent partner retirement
• In-house pathology services already in place and profitable

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
• Preferred 3+ years of experience
• Comfortable in a fully outpatient, clinic-based setting

Practice Overview
