Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Endocrinologist to join our fellowship leadership team as the Associate Program Director. This position will assist the Program Director in managing and enhancing the fellowship program.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the design, execution, and assessment of the curriculum.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to fellows.
- Engage in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new fellows.
- Participate in scholarly activities and initiatives aimed at quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
- Previous teaching or leadership experience in a GME environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- A strong dedication to academic excellence and promoting diversity in medical education.
