Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Ranges from $552,000 to $599,000, depending on experience.
• Sign-On Bonus: $45,000; Relocation Assistance: Between $15,000 and $25,000.
• Service Incentive: Up to $100,000 over five years for fellows or $60,000 over three years for experienced physicians.
• PTO and Holidays: Enjoy 45 days of paid time off plus 7 paid holidays.
