Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Completion of a fellowship in Headache Medicine is essential
Possession of a valid Michigan State License
Proficient in managing intricate headache conditions, including chronic migraines, cluster headaches, and medication overuse headaches
Skilled in headache-related procedures such as botulinum toxin injections and nerve blocks
Excellent communication abilities and patient education skills
Your daily activities may involve:
Assessing and treating patients with both primary and secondary headache disorders
Conducting procedures like Botox injections for chronic migraines and peripheral nerve blocks
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, including pain management, behavioral health, and primary care professionals
Creating personalized treatment plans that incorporate both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic methods
Providing education to patients regarding lifestyle changes, adherence to treatment, and strategies for managing migraines
Engaging in team-based care initiatives and quality improvement efforts
Comprehensive Care: Deliver primary care services to patients across all age groups.
Work-Life Balance and Advanced Digital Tools: Utilize Epic and MyChart for enhanced efficiency.
