Position Overview
We are in search of a talented and committed Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cosmetic Dermatologist to become a part of our vibrant and expanding team. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding aesthetic care through advanced cosmetic dermatology services, assisting patients in achieving their individual skin health and appearance aspirations. This fulfilling position will involve one full day dedicated to cosmetic procedures alongside general dermatology, with the aim of increasing cosmetic work to over 75%. This growth will be supported by clinician-led marketing and practice development strategies. As an essential member of our growing practice, you will be instrumental in providing personalized cosmetic consultations and treatments, enhancing patient satisfaction, and contributing to the expansion of our aesthetic services.
Additionally, we are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Dermatologist for those who prefer not to focus on cosmetic procedures. Essential Qualifications
Education and Training: M.D. or D.O. degree specializing in Dermatology, with completion or nearing completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.
Licensure: Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology. Active or soon-to-be-active state licensure and DEA certification required.
Skills: Proficient diagnostic, procedural, and cosmetic treatment abilities. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including other specialists, nurses, aestheticians, and support staff.
