Our organization is in search of a committed and empathetic OB/GYN physician to become part of our team in Gaylord, Michigan. This position offers a unique chance to influence the future of women's healthcare in the region.

This role is situated within a rapidly growing clinic located on the grounds of Otsego Memorial Hospital. The facility is set to be recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery and will feature a new birthing center scheduled to open in the summer of 2026.

The clinic handles over 500 births annually, fosters a dynamic robotics program, and provides advanced gynecologic care to patients from the surrounding areas. Our environment is highly collaborative and supportive, featuring experienced OB/GYNs, certified nurse midwives, FM/OBs, and a clinic that operates with a 1:1 medical assistant model.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time position
  • Mainly clinical responsibilities with one designated surgery day each week
  • Work-life balance with a call schedule of 1:5

  • Teaching opportunities available through an affiliated Family Medicine Residency Program

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting salary of $460,000 annually
  • Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board eligible or certified in OB/GYN practice in Michigan
  • Current certifications in NRP, BLS, and EFM
  • Successful completion of an accredited U.S. residency training program recognized by the ACGME or the American Osteopathic Association, or an equivalent program
