The expected base salary for this role is between $280,000 and $375,000, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for productivity and quality bonuses, sign-on bonuses, loan repayment assistance, residency stipends, and relocation bonuses, leading to a total target cash compensation between $300,000 and $700,000.
