Weekday Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatry Opportunity in New England

Join our organization in a full-time, salaried role focused on inpatient adolescent psychiatry, conveniently located near Boston. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

This role features:

  • No weekend shifts
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Expansion of our acute behavioral health facility
  • Oversight of a 16-bed Adolescent Unit
  • Management of dual diagnosis cases, excluding primary detox
  • Collaboration with a dedicated medical team, nurse practitioners, and support staff, including social workers and therapists
  • Utilization of AI-generated notes and scribe services
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Board Certification in Psychiatry
  • Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (or eligibility for fellowship)
  • Residents graduating in 2026 are encouraged to apply
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
