POSITION OVERVIEW:
Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday
Assess and manage both acute and chronic health conditions, illnesses, and injuries
Utilize the EPIC EMR documentation system
Provide education to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and preventive care

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
NP certification and a valid Texas license are mandatory
Preferred experience of 2-3 years in family practice
