Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Homecare Hospice

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our Homecare Hospice team within the Healthcare & Medical Services sector. This position is primarily field-based, allowing you to provide essential end-of-life nursing care directly in patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer skilled nursing care focused on managing pain and alleviating symptoms.
• Offer education and emotional support to both patients and their families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Ensure that care is safe, dignified, and centered around the needs of the patient, in line with our commitment to enhancing community health.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
