• Open to General Family Practice or Internal Medicine candidates, including those with subspecialty interests.
• Utilize a Value-Based Model approach to patient care.
• Engage in 32 hours of clinic work each week, with minimal on-call responsibilities (1:16 ratio).
• Work in a fully equipped office featuring X-ray, ultrasound, stress testing, bone density assessments, ABI, and a complete pharmacy.
• Manage an anticipated patient volume of 15-18 per day, supported by a personal Medical Assistant and a team of Advanced Practice Providers.
• Receive an initial guaranteed salary transitioning to a compensation model based on collections percentage.
