Our organization is looking for a dedicated Pediatrician to become part of our growing Primary Care team.

About the Role

Join a well-established group of 20 Primary Care physicians and enjoy a flexible 4-day work week. If you have an interest in teaching, there are opportunities available. As a member of this experienced team, you will receive mentorship while also having the freedom to develop your own practice. This role involves outpatient clinic responsibilities along with rotating coverage for the inpatient nursery.

Our organization operates as a multispecialty private practice. All clinic, hospital, and support services are conveniently located on a single campus in Hutchinson, MN, which is situated 60 miles west of the Twin Cities. Hutchinson is a friendly community known for its excellent schools and beautiful parks.

Compensation Details

Starting Salary: $268,000.00

Compensation Statement: Salary is determined by the role's requirements and level. Factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity may influence pay within our ranges. Additionally, this position may qualify for a work RVU productivity bonus.
