Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician Needed | Brand New Tres Lagos Clinic | McAllen, TX

We are looking for a dedicated full-time physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to become part of a large outpatient primary care facility located in the McAllen/Edinburg region of Texas. This position provides an attractive compensation package that includes a base salary along with wRVU incentives, and offers flexible scheduling options, such as a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts. You will concentrate on delivering vital primary care services while collaborating with a supportive care team within a multispecialty group comprising over 100 healthcare providers.

• Location: Brand New Clinic in Tres Lagos, McAllen, TX
• Support / Care Team: Collaborative multidisciplinary team of more than 100 physicians and specialists
• Practice Setting: Large outpatient primary care group within a multispecialty network
• EMR / Technology: Comprehensive electronic medical record system

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse outpatient population
• Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff
• Oversee daily clinical responsibilities
• Document patient care using the organization's EMR system
