Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care to senior residents and rehabilitation patients within a nurturing, family-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your clinical skills to assess patient needs and create tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance health outcomes.
• Deliver skilled nursing services, including wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and pain relief.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Work alongside physicians, therapists, CNAs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Support discharge planning and ensure care plans address the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, medications, care routines, and health maintenance practices.
• Promote quality, safety, and infection control measures within the facility.
• Participate in fall prevention initiatives, skin integrity programs, and medication safety checks.
• Mentor and support CNAs and other team members, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and clinical integrity.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
