• General dermatology practice with support for MOHS procedures, including lab and technical staff.
• Recently renovated facility featuring 10 exam and procedure rooms.
• Currently experiencing a patient wait time of six months.
• Daily patient load ranges from 20 to 40, with consideration for provider preferences.
• Highly adaptable scheduling options, including the possibility of a four-day work week.
• Independent organization that has successfully onboarded over 27 providers in the past five years.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hospital employment with a guaranteed salary of $700,000, plus additional performance-based incentives.
• Sign-on bonus of $100,000.
