Located in a serene mountain retreat in Oregon, you will join a dedicated group of 13 providers, including an experienced pediatrician and a pediatric nurse practitioner.

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week totaling 32 hours, with no weekend shifts required.
• Compensation: A guaranteed base salary of $250,000 for the first year.

• Call Responsibilities: No mandatory call duties, with an optional 1:7 inpatient call available for an additional $39,000 annually.
